My flat smells of chocolate brownies...heres how:

It's been raining all day long. I drove to the shops and bought:

some dark chocolate

some caster sugar

plain flour

box of free range eggs

organic unsalted butter

stocked up on the greaseproof paper

I had all I needed to make some awesome brownies. Heartwarming.

Heres what you do:

Break up the chocolate (200g) and butter (175g) into a glass bowl resting over a pan of simmering water. Leave to melt. Give a few stirs to make sure all is mixed well.
Remove from the heat and stir in 350g of caster sugar. Mix until well incorporated. Stir in 150g flour and 3 eggs.
Pour into a lined baking tray and put into oven for 30 minutes at 170 degrees C.

Voila. You'll have a beautiful smelling abode and some yummy treats.

Gym session tommorrow....
